RetroReview: Frugal Village

REVIEWED BY: Ann Currie

MY RECOMMENDATION: YES

AMAZON SUBSCRIPTION PAGE: Frugal Village

WEB ADDRESS:www.frugalvillage.com

BLOG DESCRIPTION: Web site that offers practical, money-saving strategies for everyday living.

OUR REVIEW: Everything is in here including the kitchen sink (I didn’t see it but I’m sure it is in here somewhere). Chocked full of recipes and tips about saving money and making that dollar go further.

Many of the tips are obvious (or were to me) such as check the stores for deals on holiday candy and items the day after the holiday. But the some folks need to be reminded. It has a wealth of information and ideas on recycling – and I’m not talking about in the bins – I’m talking about reusing, everything from that three ring binder to that styrofoam meat tray. A very useful blog and in today’s economy can be well worth your time. Posted to frequently – several times a week.

THE GOOD: Lot's of money savings tips.

THE BAD: N/A.
