Mariners Blog (Seattle Mariners)

REVIEWED BY: Ms. Cairo

MY RECOMMENDATION: Yes

AMAZON SUBSCRIPTION LINK: Mariners Blog

WEB ADDRESS: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/marinersblog/

BLOG DESCRIPTION: Geoff Baker covers the Mariners for The Seattle Times. He provides daily coverage of the team throughout spring training, and during the season.

MY REVIEW: There are a couple of Mariners blogs available for subscription on the Kindle. There's the SportsNation blog, and then there's this one, by Geoff Baker for the Seattle Times. As such, this one is not bogged down with extraneous videos or audio...at least, not that I sawa. It's strictly the reporting of Geoff Baker (as well as an author named Bob Condotta, who seems to do game threads (which, of course, don't feed to the Kindle.)

If you're a fan of Baker's writing, you'll enjoy this blog, as you will if you're a fan of the Seattle Mariners. For myself, I remain a fan of Ichiro...but most of the rest of the Mariners are newbies. I hope they can produce and give the Mariners a chance at winning this year. Of course, I'll be watching the Mariners mainly to see if Ichiro can continue to be a hit machine.
